Program 1 – Donation Options

Non-Refundable Donation to the country through the Saint Lucia National Economic Fund NEF starting from USD 100, 000 for a single applicant or USD 150,000 for a family of 4.

Program 2 –Real Estate Options

Government Approved Real Estate starting from USD 300,000.

  • Government Approved Real Estate: (Starting from) Full Ownership: USD 400,000 (plus tax of 1% to 5% of sale price) can be resold after 5 years.
  • Fractional Ownership: USD 200,000 (plus tax of 1% to 5% of sale price) can be resold after 7 years.
  • Government processing Fees: Main applicant - USD 30,000 Spouse - USD 15,000 Per additional qualifying dependent** (0-31 years old /56 years old and above) - USD 10,000

Program 3 –Enterprise Project

Government Approved Enterprise Project starting from USD 3,500,000.
$ 350,000 Statring from
  • Government Approved Enterprise Project Fees: (Starting from) USD 3,500,000 plus the creation of no less than three permanent jobs. Alternatively, a joint contribution of USD 6,000,000 (with each applicant contributing a minimum of USD 1 million), plus the creation of no fewer than six permanent jobs.
