Irfan has obtained his LLB degree from Punjab University, Lahore. He has eight years of experience of handling litigation matters in criminal, civil, arbitration, constitutional, and other miscellaneous matters. Apart from regularly appearing before District and High Courts, he has also appeared before specialized forums and tribunals. He has also conducted numerous arbitrations for public and private institutions.
Irfan has expertise in transactional work with regard to corporate and commercial matters. He regularly advises clients with regard to business initiatives, corporate finance, and alternate dispute resolution. He has diverse experience in matters of litigation particularly with regard to matters relating to land, revenue, property, rent evictions, intellectual property, information technology, employment, matrimonial, custody, labor, service, and defamation.
Mr. Irfan has a Master’s degree in Political Science and has a keen interest in politics and is an avid follower of political and current affairs of the region.
